Landscaping Project Middletown, DE.

Affordable Landscaping

Lansdcaping ProjectThis project in Middletown, DE was done over the course of three years, but anyone looking at the final project couldn't tell the new from the old.

Pro Image Landscaping has a reputation for being very flexible when it comes to accomodating customers' budgets and implementing the entire landscaping design plan over a longer period of time. This is a niche Pro Image has, and we know this by hearing disapponited clients that met with other landscape companies. Some of the companies would say "Take it or leave it" approach to their proposals. WHAT?

Why spend all the time meeting, estimating, planning and designing when we as landscaping contractors need to be understanding that money doesn't grow on trees..(we are all still waiting for that tree)?

Adding a Paver Patio

Paver PatioIn this particular landscaping project, the first phase was to do a small concrete paver patio that could be used for the time being and elaborate on the next phases as their budget allowed them. We started with steps that lead out of the rear exit doors and onto a 20'x15' paver patio.

The next Spring we were called back to do the expansion of the patio area and retaining walls to help redirect the water draining towards the house. It also will double as a knee wall or bench seating for large family gatherings.

Installing a Hot Tub

Paver WalkwayThe hot tub was a concern for the addition of more patio space in this phase. Why? Because hot tubs need to be on a perfectly level surface. If it is not, the pumps and operating system will be compromised. So for the hot tub area we suggested a crushed stone base with railroad ties to set that area level and continued the patio pitch away from the house so no water collected near the hot tub….problem solved!

Finishing With a Paver Walkway and Landscape Lighting

The last phase of the project was the paver walkway and low voltage landscaping lighting that lead from the garage to the outdoor patio main entrance. Over a period of three years and with our exclusive price guarantee they were able to complete the project of their dreams one affordable phase at a time.
